Located in the sought-after suburb of Fendalton, Christchurch, this development of two thoughtfully designed three-bedroom townhouses responds to its family-friendly setting with a focus on quality, comfort, and enduring architectural appeal. The design embraces clean forms, balanced proportions, and carefully considered planning to create homes that are both highly functional and visually refined.
A defining feature of each residence is the double-height void above the main living space, introducing a sense of generosity and drawing natural light deep into the heart of the home.
