In this process, we start by reviewing your brief. We don’t get into detailed design yet, but we explore the goals, priorities, and aspirations that define your project. At the same time, we undertake targeted research into rules, regulations, and constraints relevant to your project type — from zoning and resource consents to site conditions and technical considerations.
The outcome is a clear picture of the scope. Both you and our team gain a shared understanding of what the project entails, what is achievable, and where the key decisions and challenges will lie. This clarity ensures that when we progress into Create, we’re designing with confidence, avoiding surprises, and making sure the project can be delivered efficiently and effectively.
