Situated on a prime site in Stoneridge Downs, Christchurch, the Tui Vale Home is designed to balance open, engaging living spaces with private, intimate outdoor areas. The design focuses on maximising interaction between interior and exterior spaces. Expansive living areas open onto the landscape, bringing in light, views, and a sense of spaciousness. Enclosed courtyards provide privacy and intimate outdoor retreats, giving the home flexibility for both social gatherings and quiet family moments.
